How to create your figurine
- Select your size and use the customization instructions to submit your photo and required details.
- Choose a clear reference. Make the face, hairstyle, outfit and desired pose easy to see. After ordering, watch for your customization email if more information is needed.
- Review any design request promptly. A preview may be provided when applicable. Check your inbox and spam folder. If a preview is sent, the supplier may proceed with the latest version if no response is received within 24 hours.

This figurine is made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate. The estimates below apply to delivery within the United States.

Before you order
Your order includes a personalized figurine and a display box. Images show example designs; your figurine will be based on the photo you submit. Small variations in appearance, color, texture and finish are normal, and the result depends on the quality of your reference.
Check your photo and customization details carefully before production. Cancellation options depend on the stage of customization and the store’s policies.
